The story is set in a single location: a nice lake in the mountains surrounding Grenoble. Jean-jean, situationist artists, is at the lake with his robot Pedro, a sort of headless horse that carries the artist’s bag and makes conversation. Jean-jean is hoping that audience members will join them in a spontaneous artistic and participative happening called ‘the beginning of a human chain around the world’. He has been inviting audiences to this sort of events for months now, but less and less people are coming. While he waits for potential patrons, the headless animal starts asking Jean-jean all sorts of questions, as it was worried for him.
